Our idols are handmade from natural clay and are delicate by nature. We pack every order with great care, but in the rare case an item arrives damaged, we've made things simple and fair.

If your idol arrives damaged

1. Report within 48 hours of delivery to [orders@shripratima.com] or WhatsApp [PHONE].
2. Share clear photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging.
3. An unboxing video (recorded while opening the parcel) is strongly recommended — it helps us resolve claims quickly and file with the courier.

Resolution

For verified transit damage, we'll offer a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including any shipping paid. We cover the cost.

Please keep the item and packaging until your claim is resolved. Claims reported after 48 hours, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible.
