Damaged or defective items

Fully covered — see our Damage-in-Transit Policy. Report within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Wrong item received

If you receive a different item than ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a correct replacement at no cost.

Change of mind

As handmade clay idols are delicate and made in limited numbers, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order is dispatched. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Handmade variations

Slight differences in colour, finish, and size are natural to handmade clay and are not considered defects.

Refund timeline
