We currently ship across India only. (International shipping is coming soon.)

Order processing

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Because our idols are handmade and carefully packed, please allow this preparation time before dispatch.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [4–8] business days, depending on your location. Remote pincodes may take longer.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. For orders below ₹1,999, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery pincode.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.

Careful packaging

Every clay idol is cushioned and packed as fragile to travel safely. See our Damage-in-Transit Policy for the rare event of breakage.

Payments

We accept prepaid payments only (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
